ERIC MICHAEL PARKER
Eric Michael Parker is a performing artist whose experience spans across musical styles. He was a top winner of the Kurt Weill Foundation's 2016 International Lotte Lenya Competition, recognizing young singing actors with dramatic and musical versatility. Eric's career has brought him to sing across the globe, from Carnegie Hall to the Tokyo Disney Resort to Operafestival di Roma in Piazza Navona. He recently made his New York City stage debut as Matthias in Mind The Art Entertainment's modern operetta Whiskey Pants: The Mayor of Williamsburg. Other favorite credits: Edwin – Gilbert and Sullivan’s Trial By Jury, Freddy - My Fair Lady, Harold Bride - Titanic, Melchior - Spring Awakening, Robert - The Drowsy Chaperone. Eric is also a professional vocal jazz and choral musician, and enjoys engaging in social issues in his free time. This is his third concert with Litha Symphony, and he thanks them for having him again. He holds his Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance from the Hall-Musco Conservatory at Chapman University.
