Audrey Hayes
American violinist, vocalist and arranger Audrey Hayes is a world-class concert performer known for her “pure and shimmering tone”, “fiery playing” and “soulful musicianship.” As a violinist, she has been a featured, onstage soloist in multiple Broadway productions (Chicago, the Musical and A Christmas Carol) and has made solo guest appearances with the Island Symphony Orchestra, Notre Dame Symphony Orchestra and the New Tide Orquestra. Based in NYC, she has toured with classical ensembles such as Cayuga Chamber Orchestra, Shattered Glass, Contemporaneous and throughout her career has been the recipient of many awards, grants and fellowships. Festivals appearances include Kneisel Hall, Crested Butte Music Festival and Vermont Mozart Festival.
In addition to her in-demand performing schedule, Ms. Hayes is a prominent studio artist appearing on a range of records from Troye Sivan to Al Verdine of the Beach Boys. Teachers include Stefan Jackiw, Tricia Park and Patinka Kopec. Ms. Hayes has a B.A. philosophy, violin performance from the University of Notre Dame and studied violin performance and vocal performance and Manhattan School of Music pre-college.
